What to include

• The checkout or order reference RoboTrunk gave you. A checkout reference starts with ucp_.
• The store's name and what happened.
• Never card or bank details. RoboTrunk never needs them.

Questions about an order

The store you bought from handles delivery, returns, refunds and faulty goods. Its name is on the product page and on its own checkout page, and its order confirmation comes from the store. Please contact the store first. If you cannot tell which store it was, email us with the checkout reference.

Stopping a purchase before you pay

A prepared checkout is not an order, and nothing is charged until you or your authorised agent pays on the store's checkout page. The agent can cancel the checkout at any time before payment, and if nobody opens the link, it expires.

If you run a store and want it listed or removed, or want a page taken down, email agents@robotrunk.com with your store's web address.

To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, email agents@robotrunk.com. The privacy policy explains what we collect.

To report a security problem or a vulnerability in RoboTrunk, email security@robotrunk.com. Please leave out card or bank details, passwords and other people's personal information.
