# SWIV Stroller \| 2 sellers, live prices, prepared checkout ## Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built. RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product. - **Deep research:** We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. `check_product` returns them with a source for each. *This product:* 80 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-22T09:13:52.632Z, in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/modernnursery-com--nuna-swiv-stroller). - **Receipts:** Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. `check_product` and `get_product` return the checked facts that have one. *This product:* each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/modernnursery-com--nuna-swiv-stroller). - **Safety:** `check_product` asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. *This product:* this page holds no recall result for it yet; `check_product` asks the regulators now. - **Recall watch:** `watch_recalls` tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later. - **Second-hand listings:** `check_listing` runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new. - **The real price:** The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: `check_product` and `search_catalog` take the buyer's country and postcode. *This product:* this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-22T19:36:25.592Z. - **A checkout that finishes:** RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. `create_checkout` prepares the order at the store; `complete_checkout` returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs. - **Markdown copy:** Every page has a Markdown copy: [this page's copy](https://robotrunk.com/products/ucp/modernnursery-com/7816975679588.md). - **Photos and ratings:** Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (`search_catalog`). - **Fit answers:** `check_fit` answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known. - **Back-in-stock watches:** `watch_back_in_stock` starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; `get_back_in_stock_watch` shows when it is back in stock. - **Maker's manual:** `ask_product_manual` answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it. - **Tools and guide:** Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at [/agents\.md](/agents.md). - **Research from other stores:** Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as new research sources. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 80 checked facts, checked 2026-10-22T09:13:52.632Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 13 outside pages \(the store's own product page; manual; maker page; review; blog; forum; regulator recall search \(CPSC \(United States\)\); video review \(derived summary of its captions\)\), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked\. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read\. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC \(United States\): A CPSC recall search for Nuna returned 31 records, but every one concerns unrelated 'swivel' products — office chairs, patio chairs, bar stools, hose swivels, diving swivels, a recliner and a jogging stroller from another maker\. None names a Nuna stroller or the SWIV, so no recall applies to this model\. Not read, because they are member\-only or refused RoboTrunk: Which? pushchair tests, CHOICE pram and stroller tests, Stiftung Warentest pram and buggy tests, JPMA certified products\. - wheel size: The front wheels are listed at 7 inches in diameter\.. Source: (blog, The Independent, published 2025-06-10), read 2026-10-22T08:47:01.316Z. - swivel in real use: Over weeks of city use the reviewers used the 360\-degree mode constantly for tight lifts, narrow aisles and parking spots, and found side\-to\-side movement changed how they navigated\.. Source: (blog, BMWBLOG, published 2026-01-22), read 2026-10-22T08:47:15.983Z. - how the swivel works: Holding the button on the back of the handlebar unlocks the rear wheels for sideways gliding, and releasing it locks them back into normal forward strolling within moments\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:46:48.561Z. - size and weight: It sits between a travel buggy and a full travel system in size and, at around 9\.5 kg, is light enough that some buyers may not need a second compact buggy\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:49:44.292Z. - handle and basket: The handle adjusts between roughly 93 and 107 cm, and the basket is wide and easy to reach with the seat upright\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:46:48.561Z. - value: The tester calls it expensive but good value as a package because the cup holder, rain cover, carry bag and travel\-system adapter are included; more add\-ons are sold separately\.. Source: (blog, The Independent, published 2025-06-10), read 2026-10-22T08:47:01.316Z. - handle and recline: The handle pivots rather than telescoping, which the reviewers found more comfortable to hold, and the near\-flat recline is flat enough for a newborn\.. Source: (blog, BMWBLOG, published 2026-01-22), read 2026-10-22T08:47:15.983Z. - durability concerns: The reviewer worries the hinged handle and leg joints take heavy loads and will loosen, and that long wires running through the hinges could weaken or rust and eventually stop the rear wheels locking or swivelling\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:51:06.341Z. - frame material: The frame is carbon\-fibre\-reinforced aluminium, chosen to be strong while staying light\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-22T08:46:25.354Z. - swivel function: Squeezing the drift button on the handle unlocks all four wheels so the stroller can move in any direction; pushing it forward again relocks them\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-22T08:46:33.604Z. - rough ground: It rolled over thick, bumpy end\-of\-season grass and neglected sidewalks without jolting the child, thanks to the all\-wheel suspension and foam\-filled tyres\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:46:48.561Z. - BMW edition details: On the Umber BMW version the seat fabric carries a crystal pattern and chocolate leatherette accents, a metal BMW badge sits on the peek\-a\-boo flap, the logo is embroidered on the calf support, the wheel spokes carry BMW logos, and the carry bag is co\-branded\.. Source: (blog, BMWBLOG, published 2026-01-22), read 2026-10-22T08:47:15.983Z. - maintenance concerns: Because the rear wheels are not easily removable, grit in the swivel gap and the linked brake mechanism is hard to clean or lubricate, and the front wheels lack swivel locks\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:51:06.341Z. - materials: The listed material composition is carbon fibre, aluminium, plastic, polyester, merino wool, rubber and steel\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-22T08:46:25.354Z. - brake: The rear wheels have to be locked in the forward position for the parking brake to hold\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-22T08:46:33.604Z. - recline: The near\-flat recline is not quite as flat as Nuna's TRVL LX \(a few degrees short\), fine for an older baby with good head control but not what the tester would want for a younger one\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:46:48.561Z. - suspension: Rear wheels mounted in swivel forks made shock absorption feel minimal, so the ride was jerky over rough ground despite four\-wheel suspension\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-22T08:51:06.341Z. - tyres: The tyres are EVA foam\-filled rather than air\-filled, paired with all\-wheel suspension\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-22T08:46:25.354Z. - car seat compatibility: The included ring adapter is only approved for Nuna PIPA series infant carriers on the SWIV\.. The full evidence pack, with every citation, source and gap: [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/modernnursery-com--nuna-swiv-stroller) ## Questions we researched but could not confirm Every fact above is cited. To find them we read the store listing, the manual, the maker's page, owner reviews, blogs, owner forums, video reviews and the recall records of CPSC \(United States\) and searched for regulator recall notices. We also chased the questions below across those sources and found no reliable answer, so you know exactly where the evidence ends and never have to guess. - Do the frame paint or the leatherette handle and arm bar rub off with use? - How thick and soft is the seat padding with the merino insert removed? - Which safety standard is the SWIV certified to, such as EN 1888 or ASTM F833? - What is the handlebar height range in inches at each of its three positions? - Can it take infant car seats from brands other than Nuna using third\-party adapters? - Are replacement swivel wheels, brake parts or harness parts sold to consumers? - Can the basket be reached easily when the seat is fully reclined? - Is the merino wool insert machine washable or hand wash only? - How much extra boot space does the LYTL bassinet add when packed? - What are the official seat back height and seat width measurements? RoboTrunk's tools prepare a checkout at that store, then hand back a short-lived link. The person approves the total; once RoboTrunk has checked the store's total against it, the person is given the checkout link to tap in their own browser, or, if the person prefers and gives permission, their agent may open the link and finish there, and payment always happens on the store's own checkout page.
