Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product

We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built.

RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product.

• Deep research: We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. check_product returns them with a source for each. This product: 63 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-20T10:04:47.578Z, in the evidence pack.
• Receipts: Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. check_product and get_product return the checked facts that have one. This product: each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the evidence pack.
• Safety: check_product asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. This product: this page holds no recall result for it yet; check_product asks the regulators now.
• Recall watch: watch_recalls tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later.
• Second-hand listings: check_listing runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new.
• The real price: The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: check_product and search_catalog take the buyer's country and postcode. This product: this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-23T19:35:47.897Z.
• A checkout that finishes: RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. create_checkout prepares the order at the store; complete_checkout returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs.
• Markdown copy: Every page has a Markdown copy: this page's copy.
• Photos and ratings: Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (search_catalog).
• Fit answers: check_fit answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known.
• Back-in-stock watches: watch_back_in_stock starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; get_back_in_stock_watch shows when it is back in stock.
• Maker's manual: ask_product_manual answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it.
• Tools and guide: Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at /agents.md.
• Research from other stores: Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as new research sources.

Checked facts

Each fact below was checked against the source it cites before it was published. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 63 checked facts, checked 2026-10-20T10:04:47.578Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 12 outside pages (the store's own product page; manual; review; blog; regulator recall search (CPSC (United States)); regulator recall search (Health Canada); video review (derived summary of its captions)), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC (United States), Health Canada: The CPSC search for Stokke returned one record, a 2007 recall of Sleepi crib foam mattresses, and Health Canada returned four records covering the YOYO³ stroller, Clikk high chair, Tripp Trapp newborn set and Steps bouncer. None concerns the JetKids BedBox, Crew BackPack or this bundle, so no recall applies to this model.

• family use: The family used it from when their eldest was one and now with two children; the children ride it together or pull each other, and it packs away in a cupboard at the destination.. Source: https://www.babycantravel.com/jetkids-bedbox-review/ (blog, Baby Can Travel, published 2025-11-05), read 2026-10-20T09:48:42.076Z.
• strap: When the long pull strap is slack it can catch in the wheels and impede steering; this family removed it and stored it inside.. Source: https://bebevoyage.com/review-jetkids-bedbox/ (blog, Bébé Voyage, published 2018-11-22), read 2026-10-20T09:48:58.504Z.

• dimensions and weight: The store lists the packed dimensions as 18.11 x 7.87 x 14.17 inches and a weight of 8.4 lbs. Some reviews quote about 3 kg / 6.6–7 lbs instead, so the weight is not consistent between sources.. Source: https://top-stroll.myshopify.com/products.json (listing), read 2026-10-19T19:20:38.895Z.
• carrying: The reviewer's main complaint is the lack of a proper lifting handle; the top strap is lopsided and clipping the long strap on takes time.. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QADUi5Nw_bI (review), read 2026-10-20T09:50:27.891Z.

• value: They call the price the main downside compared with inflatable beds and ride-on cases, but say it is the only option that does both jobs and has been worth it for regular travellers.. • mattress: The mattress is thin foam with velcro-on foam guard rails that gently keep a child in their space, and their four-year-old found it more comfortable than an inflatable pillow.. Source: https://bebevoyage.com/review-jetkids-bedbox/ (blog, Bébé Voyage, published 2018-11-22), read 2026-10-20T09:48:58.504Z.
• carrying: To carry it over the shoulder one end of the pull strap has to be unclipped and reattached, which is awkward when rushing, and it is heavy when full.. Source: https://globetrender.com/2024/09/27/review-jetkids-stokke-bedbox-suitcase/ (blog, Globetrender, published 2024-09-27), read 2026-10-20T09:49:07.169Z.
• capacity: It counts as a carry-on and holds bulky items such as books, activity books, blankets and soft toys, but not much clothing because the bed roll sits inside.. Source: https://themamanotes.com/a-review-of-the-jetkids-bedbox/ (blog, The Mama Notes, published 2019-06-04), read 2026-10-20T09:49:14.231Z.
• seat choice: They say the bed feature works best in a bulkhead row, where there is room to extend without bumping the seat in front.. Source: https://www.zombiequeenco.com/blogs/the-blog/stokke-jetkids-bedbox-review-our-honest-take (blog, Zombie Queen, published 2026-05-25), read 2026-10-20T09:49:15.468Z.
• carrying: There is no top handle, only a short safety strap, so lifting it feels bulky and uneven; the shoulder strap is fiddly to attach and awkward to carry.. Source: https://www.mumsnet.com/reviews/stokke-jetkids-bedbox-review (review), read 2026-10-20T09:49:17.657Z.
• packing volume: Most listings state 23 litres / 6.1 gallons of packing space inside the BedBox.. Source: https://top-stroll.myshopify.com/products.json (listing), read 2026-10-19T19:20:38.895Z.
• packing: Interior space is limited once the mattress is in; rolling the mattress instead of folding it and using packing cubes helps, and overstuffing can make the pliable plastic sides flare out.. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QADUi5Nw_bI (review), read 2026-10-20T09:50:27.891Z.
• mattress: The mattress adds little real padding, slides around during overnight flights, and the reviewer now leaves it at home to gain storage space and uses blankets instead.. Source: https://upgradedpoints.com/travel/jetkids-by-stokke-bedbox-review/ (review), read 2026-10-20T09:48:39.340Z.
• care tips: They recommend using it only on flat, even floors, avoiding liquids inside, not overfilling it and never letting a child use it unsupervised.. Source: https://www.babycantravel.com/jetkids-bedbox-review/ (blog, Baby Can Travel, published 2025-11-05), read 2026-10-20T09:48:42.076Z.
• top opening: The top-opening design is a real advantage on a plane or train because the case can sit on the floor and be opened without unpacking it, unlike a clamshell case.. Source: https://bebevoyage.com/review-jetkids-bedbox/ (blog, Bébé Voyage, published 2018-11-22), read 2026-10-20T09:48:58.504Z.
• wheels: The wheels feel strong and glide smoothly, letting a parent move quickly through the airport with a child riding.. Source: https://globetrender.com/2024/09/27/review-jetkids-stokke-bedbox-suitcase/ (blog, Globetrender, published 2024-09-27), read 2026-10-20T09:49:07.169Z.
• lap infants: With a lap child and no spare seat the bed could not realistically be used, because the seat had to be given back when the seat-belt sign came on.. • fitting under seats: On an easyJet flight it did not fit under the seat in front and had to go in the overhead bin for take-off and landing; on another carrier it only just fitted.. Source: https://www.mumsnet.com/reviews/stokke-jetkids-bedbox-review (review), read 2026-10-20T09:49:17.657Z.
• packing volume: One retailer states 22 litres / 5.8 gallons instead of the 23 litres given by the other listings; the volume figure differs between sources.. Source: https://top-stroll.myshopify.com/products.json (listing), read 2026-10-19T19:20:38.895Z.
• storage: The top of the case doubles as an extra storage area that slides out.. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QADUi5Nw_bI (review), read 2026-10-20T09:50:27.891Z.
• stability: The case can be packed completely full without becoming unstable, unlike ordinary roller bags.. Source: https://upgradedpoints.com/travel/jetkids-by-stokke-bedbox-review/ (review), read 2026-10-20T09:48:39.340Z.
• versions: The newer JetKids by Stokke version is described as having an anti-slip mattress, an extra set of stickers and about 3 litres more storage in the lid than the earlier Classic.. • setup: Releasing the lid takes pushing both sides while lifting, which needs practice; setting up and dismantling next to another passenger was awkward.. Source: https://www.mumsnet.com/reviews/stokke-jetkids-bedbox-review (review), read 2026-10-20T09:49:17.657Z.

• backpack: The Crew BackPack has soft padded shoulder straps, an easy front chest clip, an internal drawstring and roughly 20 percent extra capacity when expanded, but the side mesh pockets are too small for a large water bottle.. Questions we researched but could not confirm

Every fact above is cited. To find them we read the store listing, the manual, owner reviews, blogs, video reviews and the recall records of CPSC (United States) and Health Canada and searched for the maker's page, regulator recall notices and owner forums. We also chased the questions below across those sources and found no reliable answer, so you know exactly where the evidence ends and never have to guess.

• What safety standard or certification does the BedBox meet?
• Is the mattress washable, and how should it be cleaned?
• How much does the Crew BackPack weigh and what is its capacity in litres?
• Are replacement mattresses, straps or wheels sold separately?
• Does the painted or coated shell rub off or fade with use?
• What is the warranty length for the Crew BackPack itself?
• Which airlines currently approve the bed feature, and is there a dated list?
• Does the strap or handle have a stated load limit?
• What are the Crew BackPack's exact dimensions, packed and expanded?
• Is the mattress cover removable, and can it be machine washed?
• Does the BedBox meet cabin-size rules on European budget airlines?

This page is published by RoboTrunk, a store built for shopping agents.

The store named on this page sells the product and ships it. RoboTrunk is not
the seller and never holds the money.

Buying works in one path. RoboTrunk's tools prepare a checkout at that store,
then hand back a short-lived link. The person approves the total; once RoboTrunk
has checked the store's total against it, the person is given the checkout link to
tap in their own browser, or, if the person prefers and gives permission, their
agent may open the link and finish there, and payment always happens on the
store's own checkout page. RoboTrunk never takes the payment or sees a card.
