# BABYZEN YOYO² Stroller Frame \| live price, prepared checkout ## Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built. RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product. - **Deep research:** We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. `check_product` returns them with a source for each. *This product:* 76 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-17T17:05:45.051Z, in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/megababiesusa-com--babyzen-yoyo-stroller-frame-1). - **Receipts:** Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. `check_product` and `get_product` return the checked facts that have one. *This product:* each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/megababiesusa-com--babyzen-yoyo-stroller-frame-1). - **Safety:** `check_product` asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. *This product:* this page holds no recall result for it yet; `check_product` asks the regulators now. - **Recall watch:** `watch_recalls` tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later. - **Second-hand listings:** `check_listing` runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new. - **The real price:** The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: `check_product` and `search_catalog` take the buyer's country and postcode. *This product:* this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-24T19:31:58.346Z. - **A checkout that finishes:** RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. `create_checkout` prepares the order at the store; `complete_checkout` returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs. - **Markdown copy:** Every page has a Markdown copy: [this page's copy](https://robotrunk.com/products/ucp/megababiesusa-com/7957340225790.md). - **Photos and ratings:** Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (`search_catalog`). - **Fit answers:** `check_fit` answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known. - **Back-in-stock watches:** `watch_back_in_stock` starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; `get_back_in_stock_watch` shows when it is back in stock. - **Maker's manual:** `ask_product_manual` answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it. - **Tools and guide:** Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at [/agents\.md](/agents.md). - **Research from other stores:** Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as new research sources. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 76 checked facts, checked 2026-10-17T17:05:45.051Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 16 outside pages \(the store's own product page; manual; review; blog; regulator recall search \(CPSC \(United States\)\); regulator recall search \(Health Canada\); video review \(derived summary of its captions\)\), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked\. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read\. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC \(United States\), Health Canada: The CPSC search returned one Stokke record, a 2007 recall of Sleepi crib foam mattresses, which is unrelated to this stroller\. Health Canada lists a 2024 recall of the Stokke YOYO³ stroller \(a different, later model\) plus recalls for a high chair, newborn set and bouncer\. No recall applies to the YOYO² stroller frame\. - child weight limit: The store's listing says the frame is approved to support up to 45\.8 lbs; the maker's manual gives a child weight limit of 48\.5 lbs/22 kg, so the sources disagree\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - air travel: Folded it fitted overhead bins on several aircraft types including a small regional jet, and it slots into taxi boots and bus aisles\.. Source: (blog, TeachToddler, published 2026-04-11), read 2026-10-17T16:51:07.411Z. - how owners use it: Many owners keep it as a second stroller for the car boot, travel and public transport because it takes up so little room, and several use it as their only stroller for a year or more\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:11.844Z. - fold and harness gripes: Some owners find the fold too complicated for grandparents to master and dislike that the harness comes apart into several pieces when buckling\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:16.588Z. - where it still wins: It remains a strong pick for people who fold and carry a stroller many times a day, because the folded package is slim and light and the padded shoulder strap is long\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.058Z. - assembly: Setting it up took about twice as long as most strollers they tested\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.060Z. - warranty handling: Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer; the retailer cannot file them\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-17T16:49:36.000Z. - age, weight and height limits: The maker's manual gives a child weight/height limit of 48\.5 lbs/22 kg or 40 in/102 cm; the store's listing says 45\.8 lbs, so the sources disagree\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:41.956Z. - regional warning: Australian\-market instructions require a tether strap to stop the stroller rolling away\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:46.811Z. - safety standard: The YOYO2 6\+ stroller is approved to EN 1888\-2:2018\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:53.096Z. - weight: In their own weighing it came in at about 14\.0 lbs, a touch above the maker's 13\.7 lb figure, which they still call acceptable for the class\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:49:55.707Z. - weight in use: With the newborn pack it weighs about 6\.6 kg \(14\.5 lb\) and with the 6\+ pack about 6\.2 kg \(13\.6 lb\), light enough to lift on and off buses and trains easily\.. Source: (blog, adventuresofahomebuyer\.com, published 2024-06-27), read 2026-10-17T16:50:25.701Z. - compactness in practice: It folds small enough for aircraft, the footwell of a train seat, the footwell of a small car and a narrow hallway, and the handlebar can be folded down to use it like a chair in tight restaurants\.. Source: (blog, こちゃるの部屋, published 2022-02-25), read 2026-10-17T16:50:34.412Z. - daily use: Light enough to open one\-handed within weeks of a caesarean, folds in seconds, fits a very small lift with the baby inside and a small car boot folded, and is accepted as cabin baggage on most airlines\.. Source: (blog, NBC News, published 2022-01-19), read 2026-10-17T16:50:41.211Z. - travel: It packs small enough to take into restaurants, shops and public transport and was accepted as carry\-on on every airline they flew with, which is why they would buy it again\.. Source: (blog, Vinceventuring, published 2024-03-26), read 2026-10-17T16:51:00.870Z. - folded dimensions: Folded, the stroller measures 20\.5 x 17\.3 x 7\.1 in\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - canopy, basket and extras: The canopy is noticeably smaller than full\-size rivals so longer legs end up in sunlight, the shallow basket is hard to reach with the seat reclined, and no bumper bar is included\.. Source: (blog, TeachToddler, published 2026-04-11), read 2026-10-17T16:51:07.411Z. - fold opinion split: The fold divides owners: several say it is easy after a few tries and people exaggerate the difficulty, while others call it a two\-step, two\-handed operation and note that it opens one\-handed but closes with two\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:11.844Z. - airport experience: Airport staff often recognise it and wave it through without measuring, it fits within European cabin allowances, the shoulder strap is handy and some owners add the backpack bag\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:16.588Z. - design age and assembly: The basic design is over a decade old and some elements now look dated next to newer ultra\-compacts, and a large amount of assembly is needed before first use\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.058Z. - air travel: At 13\.6 lbs and about 1\.7 cubic feet folded it misses the most common US domestic carry\-on limits but meets international ones, and is often accepted on domestic flights anyway\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.060Z. - colour options: The White variant is sold under SKU 604501\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-17T16:49:36.000Z. - basket load: The shopping basket is rated to 11 lbs/5 kg\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:53.096Z. - folding: The fold takes two hands, is multi\-step, does not stand on its own, and the main fold handle hides under the seat so you have to bend right down; clicking it fully shut takes some effort, while unfolding is easy\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:49:55.707Z. - folding one\-handed: Despite the advertising, folding with one hand was not achievable because both handlebar buttons must be pressed together; unfolding one\-handed is possible but a bit fiddly\.. Source: (blog, adventuresofahomebuyer\.com, published 2024-06-27), read 2026-10-17T16:50:25.701Z. - opening and closing: Opening and closing is simple, but the release sits low so it is awkward while holding a child, and the basket has to be emptied before the frame will fold\.. Source: (blog, こちゃるの部屋, published 2022-02-25), read 2026-10-17T16:50:34.412Z. - durability: It handled constant opening and closing plus cobblestones and busy crossings without feeling fragile, and the newborn insert let the baby lie flat while being far less bulky than a bassinet\.. Source: (blog, NBC News, published 2022-01-19), read 2026-10-17T16:50:41.211Z. - front wheels: The front wheels tended to shake like a wonky shopping trolley, which they found disappointing at the price, and rough surfaces were hard work\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - terrain and handlebar: The small foam wheels struggle on cobbles, cracked paving, gravel and grass, and because the handlebar is not height\-adjustable parents over about 6 ft 1 in may find themselves hunching\.. Source: (blog, TeachToddler, published 2026-04-11), read 2026-10-17T16:51:07.411Z. - long\-term sturdiness: Owners describe years of heavy use and many flights, with the frame still sturdy despite being thrown around, and some buy a second frame or a second\-hand one to save money\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:11.844Z. - canopy and accessories: One owner reports the canopy keeps detaching when opening so it is not a one\-handed motion, and adding the branded footmuff makes folding harder, while branded accessories are felt to be overpriced\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:51:16.588Z. - fold versus longevity: The fold is harder than the one\-hand, one\-step folds of competitors, but the flip side is a design with no internal wires and very few internal components, which is credited with its long service life\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.058Z. - handling: It steers easily and hops kerbs without trouble, is fine on grass but not great off\-road, and is slightly below average at tracking in a straight line\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.060Z. - colour options: A Black variant, SKU 604502, is also listed\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:41.956Z. - storage: The under\-seat basket is one of the smallest tested, bars run lengthwise through it, and a medium\-sized diaper bag barely went in and was awkward to get out; the pocket on the back of the canopy is the good part\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:49:55.707Z. - ride and wheels: It is great on pavements but less comfortable on bumpy surfaces and the suspension could be better; at fast walking pace a front wheel wobbled and made the pram shake\.. Source: (blog, adventuresofahomebuyer\.com, published 2024-06-27), read 2026-10-17T16:50:25.701Z. - pockets and harness adjuster: The pocket under the handlebar is roomy enough for a long wallet zipped shut, but the waist\-belt adjuster slips back to its longest setting and stays there\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - seat back height: The seat back is only 43 cm, which is beginning to look short next to newer compacts that use a two\-part folding backrest\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.058Z. - storage: The basket is small even for a lightweight stroller, bars get in the way at the front and a diaper bag did not fit, though there are handy pockets up top\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.060Z. - warning: It must not be used for jogging or skating\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:41.956Z. - harness: The harness webbing feels soft and skin\-friendly, the shoulder straps are padded and the buckle showed no pinching risk, needing roughly 18\-22 lbs of pressure to release\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:49:55.707Z. - storage, canopy and condition: Two bars under the seat limit the basket, the canopy could extend further \(they added a separate sun shade\), and after months of daily city use the materials still looked in great condition\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - durability patterns: Two recurring fault patterns are reported: wheel ball bearings that rust and wear out over time need replacing, and an occasional canopy hinge rotation defect on new units that is fixed by contacting the brand; isolated brake problems, snapped bars and wobbling on this version are also mentioned\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.058Z. - folding: Folding takes two hands, about six seconds and several steps, opening is much easier, and it scored only 6 out of 10 for pinch safety so children should be kept clear\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-17T16:52:54.060Z. - care of the frame: Clean the frame with a mild, non\-toxic, non\-abrasive cleaner on a damp cloth and never use strong detergents or solvents\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-17T16:49:41.956Z. - brake: The brake pedal is tiny and slightly off\-centre, single\-action press\-to\-set and lift\-to\-release, but it was foot\-friendly in testing and caused no pain or shoe damage\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-16T19:39:19.579Z. - seat and other limits: The seat back is only 17\.5 inches so taller children outgrow it sooner, the seat neither sits fully upright nor lies back far enough, no cup holders are included, it feels slightly more tippy than similar strollers, and it placed 11th of 20 overall but far higher as a travel stroller\.. The full evidence pack, with every citation, source and gap: [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/megababiesusa-com--babyzen-yoyo-stroller-frame-1) ## Questions we researched but could not confirm Every fact above is cited. To find them we read the store listing, the manual, owner reviews, blogs, video reviews and the recall records of CPSC \(United States\) and Health Canada and searched for the maker's page, regulator recall notices and owner forums. We also chased the questions below across those sources and found no reliable answer, so you know exactly where the evidence ends and never have to guess. - What does the frame alone weigh without any colour pack fitted? - Is the canopy included with the frame or only with the colour pack? - Which YOYO³ parts and colour packs fit this YOYO² frame? - Are replacement wheel bearings available to buy separately? - Does assembling the frame need any tool besides a coin? - How long does first\-time assembly usually take? - Which adapters are needed to fit a Maxi\-Cosi infant car seat? - What is the warranty period outside the United States? - Is the shopping basket included with the frame? - Does the frame include a travel bag as well as the shoulder strap? To buy this through RoboTrunk, pass merchant `megababiesusa-com`, product_id `gid://shopify/Product/7957340225790` and one variant_id from the list above.
