# CRUZ V3 Stroller \- Ada \(Sandstone Mélange/Carbon Frame/Chestnut Leather\) \| live price, prepared checkout ## Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built. RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product. - **Deep research:** We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. `check_product` returns them with a source for each. *This product:* 66 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-24T16:08:48.350Z, in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/lovemedobaby-com--uppababy-cruz-v3-stroller-ada-sandstone-melange-carbon-frame-chestnut-leather). - **Receipts:** Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. `check_product` and `get_product` return the checked facts that have one. *This product:* each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/lovemedobaby-com--uppababy-cruz-v3-stroller-ada-sandstone-melange-carbon-frame-chestnut-leather). - **Safety:** `check_product` asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. *This product:* this page holds no recall result for it yet; `check_product` asks the regulators now. - **Recall watch:** `watch_recalls` tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later. - **Second-hand listings:** `check_listing` runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new. - **The real price:** The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: `check_product` and `search_catalog` take the buyer's country and postcode. *This product:* this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-24T19:29:32.879Z. - **A checkout that finishes:** RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. `create_checkout` prepares the order at the store; `complete_checkout` returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs. - **Markdown copy:** Every page has a Markdown copy: [this page's copy](https://robotrunk.com/products/ucp/lovemedobaby-com/7580684124294.md). - **Photos and ratings:** Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (`search_catalog`). - **Fit answers:** `check_fit` answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known. - **Back-in-stock watches:** `watch_back_in_stock` starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; `get_back_in_stock_watch` shows when it is back in stock. - **Maker's manual:** `ask_product_manual` answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it. - **Tools and guide:** Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at [/agents\.md](/agents.md). - **Research from other stores:** Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as new research sources. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 66 checked facts, checked 2026-10-24T16:08:48.350Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 12 outside pages \(the store's own product page; maker page; manual; review; regulator recall search \(CPSC \(United States\)\); regulator recall search \(Health Canada\); video review \(derived summary of its captions\)\), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked\. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read\. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC \(United States\), Health Canada: The CPSC search returned no recall records for UPPAbaby / CRUZ V3\. Health Canada lists four UPPAbaby recalls, but they concern the RIDGE jogging stroller, RumbleSeat adapters, stroller and RumbleSeat bumper bars, and a Peg Perego car seat adapter — none names the CRUZ V3\. Not read, because they are member\-only or refused RoboTrunk: Which? pushchair tests, CHOICE pram and stroller tests, Stiftung Warentest pram and buggy tests, JPMA certified products\. - overview: The 2025 version is praised for its tall adjustable handlebar, generous canopy with side ventilation and peekaboo window, four\-position recline that lies fully flat, and the newborn insert and apron needed for newborn use\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:58:57.859Z. - measurements: Measured unfolded 40\.5 in long, 22\.5 in wide and 44 in tall at full handle extension; folded without the seat 30\.25 x 22\.5 x 13 in, adding 1\.5 in of height with the seat; frame 16\.9 lb plus seat 9\.75 lb, about 26\.65 lb total\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-24T15:57:37.108Z. - age/weight/height limits: The maker's manual says the seat is suitable from birth up to 50 lb \(22\.7 kg\) and 40 in \(101 cm\), with newborns in the most reclined position; MyPushchair and Which? list a 22 kg maximum, so the sources disagree on the weight limit\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-24T15:57:42.638Z. - fold: The fold is smooth and fast but needs two hands, auto\-locks and self\-stands; unfolding is one step by pushing the lock and lifting, and it folds down fairly flat when the seat and leg rest are set right\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - newborn use: It can be used from birth with no extra purchase thanks to the infant insert and Newborn Cocoon, but setting that up involves several Velcro steps and snaps and threading the harness through the insert, and the fold gets bulkier with it in place\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - verdict: A shop test scored it 7/10: easy to push and steer and fairly sturdy on the flat, but let down by the fold and by average handling for its size\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:55.065Z. - specifications: Which? lists 11\.8 kg, 22 kg maximum child weight, 13\.6 kg basket, world\- and parent\-facing seat, scissor fold, folded 45 x 56 x 69 cm, handle 95–104 cm, 2 leg rest positions, one\-handed fold and recline, and stands folded; the maker's manual and Stroller Mom give a 50 lb \(22\.7 kg\) limit, BabyGearLab and MyPushchair measured about 43–44 x 57 x 82–84 cm folded, and those reviews found a two\-handed fold, so the sources disagree on the weight limit, folded size and fold\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - seat height: The raised seat is one of the biggest improvements over the previous version: the child sits higher and closer, and the most upright position is more upright than the sibling Vista\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - fold: In this test the fold needed two hands, a forward\-facing seat and a lowered handlebar, with no carry handle once folded; it does stand on its rear wheels and frame bumper so the fabrics stay off the ground\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-24T15:57:40.991Z. - harness: The no\-rethread harness adjusts by sliding the padded shoulder straps, tightens like a backpack strap, and the magnetic buckle is puzzle\-piece simple but hard for children to undo\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - canopy: The extra sun shield around the bumper bar gives useful shade for a reclined baby, but it does not tuck away securely and can sag toward the child's head\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - handling: Tyres felt quite hard, making the ride bobbly on rougher ground; it is a full\-size footprint at 12\.3 kg and 56\.9 cm wide but is not all\-terrain\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:55.065Z. - car seat compatibility: Which? lists the UPPAbaby Mesa i\-Size as compatible with adaptors as an optional accessory, while UPPAbaby says the Mesa clicks onto the Cruz V3 frame with no adapters; the sources disagree\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:58.755Z. - harness: This reviewer describes a no\-rethread harness with removable shoulder pads and an easy magnetic buckle that they say is a three\-point rather than five\-point harness; the maker's manual specifies a complete 5\-point harness, so the sources disagree\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:58:57.866Z. - identifiers: The store lists GTIN 810177718581 and SKU 42036 for this colourway; the maker's model code on the manual is 0403\-CRZ\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-24T15:57:34.344Z. - car seat compatibility: UPPAbaby says Mesa clicks onto a Vista V3 or Cruz V3 frame with no adapters, while Maxi\-Cosi, Nuna, Joie and BeSafe capsules fit a Vista or Cruz using the upper car seat adapter\.. Source: (guide), read 2026-10-24T15:57:37.108Z. - magnetic harness warning: The magnetic harness contains magnets and should not be used by a child with a medical condition that prohibits close proximity to magnets; UPPAbaby will arrange an alternative harness\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-24T15:57:40.991Z. - brakes: The single\-action brake with two colour\-coded foot pedals is among the reviewers' favourites, because a glance tells you whether it is locked\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - fold: The fold takes two hands and the seat must face outward to fold attached; lowering the handlebar, lining the seat up, pulling the canopy back and folding the bumper bar in is the sequence, and it stands when folded\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - seat height: Seat height measured 58 cm, about 6 cm higher than the previous version, which noticeably improves comfort and interaction with the child\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - push: Push and steering are rated great for city and car\-to\-city use and it copes with occasional gravel, but it is not a substitute for an all\-terrain stroller on gravel roads or snow\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - specs: This review reports 12\.3 kg with seat \(frame 7\.8 kg, seat 4\.5 kg\), folded 43\.5 x 56\.9 x 81\.6 cm with the seat forward\-facing, a limit of 22 kg or 101 cm, and single\-only use with a ride\-on board as the only extra seat option; the maker's manual gives 50 lb \(22\.7 kg\), so the sources disagree on the maximum child weight\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:55.065Z. - bumper bar and footwell: The bumper bar can be removed from either side and rotated fully, or dropped with two triggers for a tighter fold; the footwell has a one\-handed five\-position adjust and converts with Velcro and buttons to a carriage\-style enclosure for a newborn\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:58:57.866Z. - warranty exclusions: The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, sun/sweat/detergent degradation, corrosion or rust from poor storage, third\-party repairs, unauthorised retailers, second owners, airline damage and accident damage\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-24T15:57:40.991Z. - handling: It is narrow, easy to push and turn one\-handed on flat ground and over small obstacles, but only manages short stretches of thick grass or small gravel, better with the front wheels locked\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - basket: The basket is spacious and rated 30 lb; a bar runs through it, which some parents dislike though this tester found it kept things organised\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:51.149Z. - versus sibling: It is narrower than the Vista but only slightly lighter, and cannot take a second seat, so the Vista is suggested if a second child is possible\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:55.065Z. - car seat compatibility: UPPAbaby seats fit with no adapters, and with adapters it takes Chicco KeyFit 35, Cybex, Clek Liing, Maxi\-Cosi, Nuna and Peg Perego seats\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-24T15:57:46.726Z. - included items: Included with the stroller are the infant insert, bug shield and rain shield; a snack tray and rider board are extra, and a rider board works well because the handlebar extends for an older child\.. To find them we read the store listing, the maker's page, the manual, owner reviews, video reviews and the recall records of CPSC \(United States\) and Health Canada and searched for regulator recall notices, blogs and owner forums. We also chased the questions below across those sources and found no reliable answer, so you know exactly where the evidence ends and never have to guess. - Does the sand\-coloured fabric show dirt and stains easily? - Will the chestnut leather trim rub off or crack with daily use? - What is the exact weight of this Ada colourway as shipped? - Can the toddler seat be folded with the newborn insert still fitted? - How much does the sun shield sag once a toddler is sitting upright? - Does the Cruz V3 fit a standard car boot without removing the seat? - Can a second child ride a piggyback board from what age? - How does the perforated leather handlebar hold up in hot weather? - Does the canopy fabric fade after months in strong sun? - Are replacement seat fabrics available in this exact sandstone colour?
