# Ergobaby Embrace Baby Carrier \| 6 sellers, live prices, prepared checkout ## Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built. RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product. - **Deep research:** We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. `check_product` returns them with a source for each. *This product:* 63 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-03T18:10:30.819Z, in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/babykingdom-com-au--ergobaby-embrace-newborn-baby-carrier-soft-olive). - **Receipts:** Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. `check_product` and `get_product` return the checked facts that have one. *This product:* each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the [evidence pack](/agent/evidence/babykingdom-com-au--ergobaby-embrace-newborn-baby-carrier-soft-olive). - **Safety:** `check_product` asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. *This product:* this page holds no recall result for it yet; `check_product` asks the regulators now. - **Recall watch:** `watch_recalls` tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later. - **Second-hand listings:** `check_listing` runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new. - **The real price:** The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: `check_product` and `search_catalog` take the buyer's country and postcode. *This product:* this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-20T19:37:00.751Z. - **A checkout that finishes:** RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. `create_checkout` prepares the order at the store; `complete_checkout` returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs. - **Markdown copy:** Every page has a Markdown copy: [this page's copy](https://robotrunk.com/products/ucp/bambibaby-com/8470582395077.md). - **Photos and ratings:** Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (`search_catalog`). - **Fit answers:** `check_fit` answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known. - **Back-in-stock watches:** `watch_back_in_stock` starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; `get_back_in_stock_watch` shows when it is back in stock. - **Maker's manual:** `ask_product_manual` answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it. - **Tools and guide:** Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at [/agents\.md](/agents.md). - **Research from other stores:** Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as research sources. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 63 checked facts, checked 2026-10-03T18:10:30.819Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 16 outside pages \(the store's own product page; maker page; manual; blog; review; forum; regulator recall search \(CPSC \(United States\)\); regulator recall search \(Health Canada\); regulator recall search \(ACCC Product Safety Australia\); video review \(derived summary of its captions\)\), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked\. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read\. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC \(United States\), Health Canada, ACCC Product Safety Australia: Regulator sources were read: the CPSC recall search for Ergobaby returned no records and returned nothing for this carrier, and the Health Canada recall records mention Ergobaby nowhere\. The ACCC Product Safety Australia recall feed read covers only the 100 most recent recalls published 2026\-05\-15 to 2026\-09\-29 and none of them mention Ergobaby or the Embrace Soft Olive, so an older Australian recall would not appear there\. No recall applying to this exact model was found\. These facts were checked on babykingdom\.com\.au's listing of the same product, not on this store's listing\. - weight range: The carrier is intended for babies from 3\.2 kg to 11\.3 kg\.. Source: (listing), read 2026-10-02T19:55:42.705Z. - fabric and adjustments: Says the knit fabric makes the carrier extra soft, the adjustments are less complicated than Ergobaby's other carriers, and the padded neckline gives a newborn extra head support\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-03T17:54:15.129Z. - how long it really suits: Describes it as a neat, compact carrier ideal for the first three or four months rather than the much longer period stated on the box, and a possible alternative to a stretchy wrap\.. Source: (manual), read 2026-10-03T17:52:21.780Z. - what kind of carrier it is: Describes it as a hybrid halfway between a stretchy wrap and a structured carrier, giving the softness and closeness of a wrap with the ease of a buckled carrier\.. Source: (blog, Parenting Central, published 2020-07-19), read 2026-10-03T17:52:22.910Z. - putting it on: Reports the routine is a waistband buckle plus two shoulder clips, taking about forty\-five seconds after a couple of tries, and that it can be put on in the dark with a newborn\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-03T17:52:28.184Z. - slipping and back discomfort: A parent of a 12\-week\-old reported that as the baby grew the carrier lowered more on the waist no matter how tight the waistband and straps were, felt heavy on her back, and was not comfortable for a proper walk\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-03T17:52:42.917Z. - fit and weight transfer: Reports that the soft, minimal waistband transfers little weight to the hips, so once the baby is heavier the load is felt in the shoulders and upper back, with comfortable use realistically ending around nine months even though the stated limit is about 25 lb\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-03T17:54:15.129Z. - body shape fit: Reports that on a smaller\-framed wearer the baby sat low and loose rather than high and snug, and that stretchy wraps are more adjustable across different wearer and baby sizes\.. Source: (review), read 2026-10-03T17:54:15.132Z. - carrier weight: The sources disagree on carrier weight: the maker's FAQ says 480 grams, while ToddlerTravelGear says about 1\.2 lb; the maker's structured data also gives a conflicting 0\.001 kg\..
