Built for shopping agents: what RoboTrunk does for every product

We asked shopping agents, including Meta's Muse first-hand, what they need from a store. This is what they asked for, and what we have built.

RoboTrunk is working through its catalogue, so a step may not be done for this one yet. Where a step is done per product, the line ends with what is done for this product.

• Deep research: We read the maker's manual, independent reviews, video review transcripts and the store's own page, and publish each finding with its source and the date read. check_product returns them with a source for each. This product: 79 checked facts, research depth trimmed read, checked 2026-10-09T13:40:47.813Z, in the evidence pack.
• Receipts: Every published fact has a receipt showing its source quote. check_product and get_product return the checked facts that have one. This product: each checked fact listed below has one; the source quotes are in the evidence pack.
• Safety: check_product asks the product-safety regulators live (US CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, Health Canada, the UK's OPSS, Australia's ACCC) whether a recall names a product, listed here or not, and flags a match with its notice; a recall never blocks the buyer. This product: this page holds no recall result for it yet; check_product asks the regulators now.
• Recall watch: watch_recalls tells the buyer if a product bought here is recalled later.
• Second-hand listings: check_listing runs the same recall check on a second-hand listing someone found, and adds what the listing leaves out and the price new.
• The real price: The full price to the buyer's country, with shipping and tax, each part quoted from the store's policy or, where a part is not settled, what the total depends on: check_product and search_catalog take the buyer's country and postcode. This product: this store's price was read from its catalogue at 2026-10-18T19:49:28.906Z.
• A checkout that finishes: RoboTrunk lists only stores whose agent checkout it has verified. create_checkout prepares the order at the store; complete_checkout returns a link to the store's own checkout. The checkout can be finished in either of two ways: the person taps the link in their own browser, or their agent opens it and completes the checkout. RoboTrunk checks the store's total against a budget ceiling before it issues the link. Payment always happens on the store's own page, and RoboTrunk never holds the money. No store pays for placement; RoboTrunk may earn a commission from some stores via their affiliate programs.
• Markdown copy: Every page has a Markdown copy: this page's copy.
• Photos and ratings: Search results carry the product photo and, where the store's own page publishes one, its rating (search_catalog).
• Fit answers: check_fit answers whether a listing fits a car, pram or bottle, with the exact quote from the store's page, or says it is not known.
• Back-in-stock watches: watch_back_in_stock starts a watch on a listing the store shows as sold out; get_back_in_stock_watch shows when it is back in stock.
• Maker's manual: ask_product_manual answers from the maker's manual with the exact passage and page, or says the manual does not cover it.
• Tools and guide: Every tool and its description is at https://robotrunk.com/mcp; the guide is at /agents.md.
• Research from other stores: Coming soon: reading other stores' listings of the same product as research sources.

Checked facts

Each fact below was checked against the source it cites before it was published. Each carries that source's link and the time RoboTrunk read it. 79 checked facts, checked 2026-10-09T13:40:47.813Z. Research depth: trimmed read. Deep read: the store's own data and 17 outside pages (the store's own product page; maker page; manual; review; blog; regulator recall search (CPSC (United States)); regulator recall search (Health Canada); video review (derived summary of its captions)), each read in full by RoboTrunk and trimmed to its main content, then written up and checked. Facts from the maker or a manual quote the page word for word; what real users report is summarised with a link to the page read. Recall status was checked directly with CPSC (United States), Health Canada: A CPSC search for the manufacturer name Cybex returned 8 records, all for Cybex fitness equipment (treadmills, weight benches, Smith Press, leg press, arm curl machines), none for the Balios S Lux stroller. Health Canada returned 4 records mentioning Cybex: Cybex Smith Press, Cybex 2.Go infant carriers, archived Cybex umbrella strollers and archived Cybex treadmills. None matches this stroller model, so no recall was found for the Balios S Lux. Not read, because they are member-only or refused RoboTrunk: Which? pushchair tests, CHOICE pram and stroller tests, Stiftung Warentest pram and buggy tests, JPMA certified products.

• newborn and weight limits: It is approved from birth with the Cot S bassinet or a Cybex infant car seat, while the seat unit is not suitable under 6 months because support is limited; the maximum is 22 kg (about 4.5 years) and children often outgrow it by height first, with a 50 cm backrest.. • practical use and drawbacks: The one-hand fold is quick and stands alone and the basket holds 10 kg, although it cannot be closed; folding with the bassinet is awkward because it must be removed first, the stroller is harder to push off terrain and it is not the lightest model.. • handling and practical details: Large wheels help on pavements and curbs and it can be pushed one-handed, though the brake needs a firm press; the materials are soft, durable and easy to clean, the basket is large, folding is fairly quick but not instant, and the canopy, adjustable footrest and cup holder are useful.. • terrain, seat and compatibility: All-wheel suspension and puncture-resistant tyres handle sidewalks, uneven pavement, grass and light gravel; the near-flat recline can suit newborns when properly adjusted and the leg rest adjusts; it accepts Cybex infant car seats such as the Aton G2 but adapters are required and sold separately, and it is not for running or rough off-road use.. • wheels and loads: Front wheels are 18 cm and rear wheels 28 cm with a 60.5 cm wheelbase that fits standard doorways and passenger lifts; maximum loads are 9 kg for the bassinet and 22 kg for the seat unit, the backrest reclines fully flat to 180 degrees, the wheels are cast rubber that need no inflation and are quiet, and the bumper bar is covered in soft eco-leather.. • weak points and counterfeits: The listed weak points are the 11.7 kg weight, basket access that varies with seat position and no dedicated carry handle for stairs, against a parent rating of 4.5 out of 5 from over 300 reviews; the page also warns that counterfeit strollers were identified in 2024 and advises avoiding unofficial sellers with abnormally low prices.. • durability changes: It points out a welded rear crossbar and welded strut anchoring points replacing riveted connections between chassis parts, which should mean fewer points that loosen up and leave the stroller feeling rickety, and suggests the frame bars look thicker than before.. • assembly: Setup took 10 to 15 minutes, longer than most of the group, with a lot of protective packaging to remove; the sunshade needs 8 to 10 small, tricky snaps that would frustrate anyone with finger dexterity problems, and the instructions are multilingual with many illustrations.. • comparison with rivals: Several owners say it is extremely similar to the UPPAbaby Cruz but with a much easier and more compact fold, and that it rides smoothly; one chose it after disliking the bulk and complicated fold of the Cruz and finding Nuna strollers flimsy.. • fold: The fold is one-handed and self-standing and can be rolled like luggage with the front wheels locked, but it takes several steps that are easy to forget: the wheels must be locked and the seat reclined for the smallest fold, the seat does not lock in place when folded, and the leg rest must be in its lowest position first.. • handling on different surfaces: In town it glides over cobbles and uneven pavements without waking the baby, but it is not a mountain machine and shakes a bit on roots, and its foam-filled, puncture-proof tyres are less effective than pneumatic ones in mud; the front wheels can be locked for more stability.. • harness: The harness webbing is soft and the padding behind the buckle helps avoid pinching; shoulder height adjusts infinitely on an exposed strap, but smaller children end up with a long strap hanging in front and the release button is tricky with larger hands.. • fold and size: The one-hand fold takes practice but is quick once learned and the stroller stands on its own folded; it still takes up space, so a small car boot fills quickly and the wheels may need to come off, although they are easy to remove.. Questions we researched but could not confirm

Every fact above is cited. To find them we read the store listing, the maker's page, the manual, owner reviews, blogs, video reviews and the recall records of CPSC (United States) and Health Canada and searched for regulator recall notices and owner forums. We also chased the questions below across those sources and found no reliable answer, so you know exactly where the evidence ends and never have to guess.

• Does the Chocolate Brown fabric show dirt and stains easily?
• Does the frame's paint or coating rub off with use?
• What is the exact fabric composition of the seat cover?
• How much does the seat unit weigh on its own?
• Does anything rattle or loosen after months of daily use?
• Is the sun canopy water-resistant in rain?
• Will it fit in a small car boot with the wheels left on?
• Are replacement fabrics and spare parts easy to buy?
• Does the harness fit a child in a thick winter coat?
• Is a travel bag or carry strap available for it?

This page is published by RoboTrunk, a store built for shopping agents.

The store named on this page sells the product and ships it. RoboTrunk is not
the seller and never holds the money.

Buying works in one path. RoboTrunk's tools prepare a checkout at that store,
then hand back a short-lived link. The person approves the total; once RoboTrunk
has checked the store's total against it, the person is given the checkout link to
tap in their own browser, or, if the person prefers and gives permission, their
agent may open the link and finish there, and payment always happens on the
store's own checkout page. RoboTrunk never takes the payment or sees a card.
