# Airport options for carrying a car seat Which products make it easier to carry a car seat through an airport? Britax Car Seat Travel Cart: Across the merged store listings the cart is presented as an alternative to carrying a car seat through airports, with the child still in the seat\. On a large family trip the loaded carts went through security as a quick hand check, and the folded carts fitted in the overhead bins even on two completely full flights\. The car seat is held on the cart by the car seat's own LATCH / lower connectors, the same ones used to install it in a vehicle\. Britax Car Seat Travel Bag: It is designed as a companion for traveling on airplanes\. It has built\-in wheels, adjustable padded backpack\-style shoulder straps and multiple carry handles\. It fits all Britax car seats and most other brands\. WAYB Pico Car Seat: Folded it is roughly the size of a medium camping backpack, and the optional backpack carrier makes it genuinely easy to move through airports\. The video shows the bag doubling as a carry\-on with room for a laptop and extras, with the cup holder tucked into a side pocket, and unpacking and reassembling the seat at the airport taking very little time\. ### 1. Prices and stock change, so this page prints neither: each product name links to its RoboTrunk page, which shows them live\. Written 2026-10-27T09:50:21.638Z. This page is published by RoboTrunk, a store built for shopping agents. The store named on this page sells the product and ships it. RoboTrunk is not the seller and never holds the money. Buying works in one path. RoboTrunk's tools prepare a checkout at that store, then hand back a short-lived link. The person approves the total; once RoboTrunk has checked the store's total against it, the person is given the checkout link to tap in their own browser, or, if the person prefers and gives permission, their agent may open the link and finish there, and payment always happens on the store's own checkout page. RoboTrunk never takes the payment or sees a card.
