NHTSA recall 21C-002 covers Cambria 2 model numbers 31200-US-01, 31201-US-01, and 31202-US-01 made from September 5 through November 30, 2020, subject to specified serial-number prefixes. Transport Canada also recalled certain 2020 Cambria 2 boosters because the headrest could separate in a crash and increase injury risk. Diono Radian 3RXT SafePlus: Transport Canada recall 2024-718 includes Radian 3RXT SafePlus model years 2019 through 2024. Affected seats may fail Canadian requirements when rear-facing and installed with UAS.
